Preferred Hearing Solutions

Our office manager and receptionist is Donna Perry. Your first contact with her may be by telephone when you call for an appointment or at the reception desk when you walk through the front door. She is also our ambassador of good will and would love to give you a tour of our office in a nearly 100 year old, restored "craftsman" style house. Donna, a college graduate, is responsible for customer service, which includes the smooth management of our office, scheduling of appointments, dispensing of batteries and simple repairs. She has had extensive training for her job and you'll find her pleasant and accommodating.

 Our president, Ron Perry, is a hearing instrument specialist, who has achieved the right to use the title of Audioprosthologist, by completing the thirteen month course offered by The American Conference of Audioprosthology. He is also Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS). Ron conducts seminars, that are not sales oriented but informational only, for small or large groups, about the hearing process and the technology of hearing devices today. He serves as a committee member of the International Institute of Hearing Instrument Studies, a Board Member of Hearing Healthcare Providers of California and as a proctor for the practical examination for Hearing Aid Dispensers in California. As a Navy Fighter Pilot, Ron lost a significant amount of his high frequency hearing as a result of noise damage. Because of recent technology in hearing instrument devices, he is able to communicate effectively, even in noisy environments. He enjoys his daily routine of the counseling and fitting of hearing devices today, because he thinks everyone with a hearing impairment should be able to hear as well as he does with his digital hearing devices.

Michael Coe comes to Preferred Hearing Solutions from a sales and customer service background with over 20 years of experience identifying clients' needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their criteria and solve their problems. He has taken this skill set and applied it to the proper testing and recommendation of hearing solutions. Michael, like 32 million other Americans, has experienced a hearing loss and has taken measures to correct it. By reclaiming his own life through the successful use of hearing devices, he is inspired and dedicated to help others with effective solutions for better hearing.
